- Community Dining Sitka Salmon Dinner – Chicago, IL
Enjoy a seafood-themed dinner, presented by Community Dining, featuring line-caught, wild Alaskan salmon brought to Chicago by Sitka Salmon Shares, which brings the CSA concept to seafood. The evening includes a presentation on sustainable seafood by Nic Mink and Marsh Skeele, founders of Sitka Salmon.
